Job summary

Faith Technologies in Indiana seeks a Technical Training Consultant to deliver Learning & Development training for electrical and related trades. You will coordinate classes, design curricula, conduct jobsite audits, and provide on-site coaching.

The ideal candidate has an apprenticeship or degree, a strong technical background, 5 years in electrical or related trade, and 1–2 years of facilitation experience, with up to 25% travel. Schedule is 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Completion of an apprenticeship program or an Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years related experience in the electrical, specialty systems, or related trade
• 1 to 2 years facilitation experience
• Travel: Up to 25%
• Work Schedule: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mon–Fri; may be at other times as needed

Responsibilities

• Effectively facilitates electrical apprenticeship, QuickStart, and trade-related training classes
• Collaborates with Apprenticeship Team to research and develop content, pilot and implement training programs
• Designs and develops technical/trade-related curriculum
• Coaches and develops employees on job sites
• Develops relationships with operational leaders to enable open dialogue and trust
• Supports Apprenticeship Coordinator in coordinating programs
• Improves content and delivery with L&D team and SMEs
• Keeps up-to-date with L&D craft and participates in professional/trade organizations
• Models company culture and professional standards to trainees
• Collaborates effectively with others and influences outcomes
