Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Faith Apprentice I to perform electrical and specialty-system installations, troubleshoot issues, and assist with maintenance on customer sites. You will bend conduit, pull wires, and support safety programs while working under self-directed supervision.

This entry-level role requires enrollment in the Faith Apprenticeship – Level 1, with travel 60-75% and a schedule of roughly 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, plus potential nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Enrollment in Faith Apprenticeship - Level 1 required.
• Willingness to travel 60-75% on a project basis.
• Flexibility to work 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri, with nights/weekends possible.

Responsibilities

• Travels to customer premises to install, maintain, and provide basic troubleshooting of electrical and specialty systems.
• Installs and bends conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders.
• Performs wire and cable pulls.
• Demonstrates appropriate skills of a First Year Apprentice.
• Assists with material handling duties on the job site.
• Provides technical assistance to other apprentices as needed.
• Maintains compliance with company policies.
• Maintains compliance with all OSHA, Company, and customer-specific safety requirements.
• Cleans and maintains tools, test equipment, and job site.
• Actively participates in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
