Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Faith Apprentice I to perform electrical and specialty systems installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance. You will travel to customer sites, bend conduit, pull wires, and support ongoing safety initiatives as part of a team.

The role emphasizes self-directed work, safety compliance, and collaboration with mentors and peers to meet project goals. Training opportunities and industry-standard practices are provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Enrollment in Faith Apprenticeship - Level 1.
• Travel: 60-75%
• Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri; may include nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Travels to customer premises to install, maintain, and provide basic troubleshooting of electrical and specialty systems.
• Installs and bends conduit using manual, mechanical, and hydraulic benders.
• Performs wire and cable pulls.
• Demonstrates appropriate skills of a First Year Apprentice.
• Assists with material handling duties on the job site.
• Provides technical assistance to other apprentices as needed.
• Maintains compliance with company policies.
• Maintains compliance with OSHA, company, and customer safety requirements.
• Cleans and maintains tools, test equipment, and job site.
• Participates in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program.
