Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Training Consultant to drive successful implementation and delivery of Learning & Development for electrical and trade-related training. The role involves coordinating classes, designing curricula, and on-site coaching at job sites.

The ideal candidate has strong technical background, 5 years in electrical or related trades, and 1–2 years of facilitation experience. Travel up to 25% is required with flexible hours to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of an apprenticeship program or an Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: Strong technical background, 5 years related experience in the electrical, specialty systems, or related trade, and 1 to 2 years facilitation experience
• Travel: Up to 25%
• Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday; however, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates electrical apprenticeship, QuickStart, and trade-related training classes
• Collaborates with Apprenticeship Team to research and develop content and programs
• Designs and develops curriculum based on organizational needs
• Conducts on-site coaching and development for employees
• Develops relationships with operational leaders to enable open dialogue
• Supports Apprenticeship Coordinator in program coordination
