Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of experience in workforce development, training coordination, apprenticeship administration, education, human resources, or construction operations.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration and enrollment for electrical apprentices.
• Serve as liaison between apprentices, instructors, IEC representatives, supervisors, and leadership.
• Track attendance, progression, and completion of apprenticeship requirements.
• Maintain accurate apprenticeship records and documentation.
• Monitor advancement through each training year.
• Support apprentice retention and successful program completion.
