Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Licensing Coordinator in Dallas, TX. You will manage electrical licensing compliance, maintain records, and partner with Master Electricians, field leadership, and HR to ensure regulatory and contractual obligations are met.

This role emphasizes detail, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration. The position reports to the VP Learning & Development and requires coordinating with electrical boards, renewals, and continuing education tracking to support safe, compliant

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in business administration, compliance, construction management, or related field.
• 2+ years in electrical licensing, credentialing, compliance, or administrative coordination; construction/trades experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing databases or tracking systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with government agencies, stakeholders, and employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS, LMS, or credentialing software a plus.
• High attention to detail; ability to prioritize multiple deadlines; cross-field and office work.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel to job sites or regulatory locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company-wide licensing records for electricians, apprentices, and supervision; track renewals and CE requirements.
• Verify licensing requirements for projects; interpret regulations to determine licenses needed.
• Communicate with state/local boards to confirm licensure status and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with HR and recruiting on credential checks during hiring/onboarding.
• Partner with Master Electricians and field leaders to validate qualifications and address gaps.
