Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Electrical Apprenticeship Instructor to design, deliver, coordinate, and evaluate electrical training programs across multiple states. The role focuses on building a skilled craft workforce through bilingual instruction in English and Latin American Spanish, using NCCER curriculum, and applying safety and regulatory standards.

You will lead a structured classroom environment, track KPIs, mentor apprentices, and coordinate certifications.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as an Industrial or Commercial Electrician.
• Experience mentoring or training apprentices or field teams.
• Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish) is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, coordinate, and evaluate electrical training programs.
• Deliver training using NCCER curriculum in English and Spanish.
• Manage multi-state apprentice cohorts and track progress.
• Coordinate certifications, re-certifications, and training logs.
• Develop KPIs to measure training effectiveness and outcomes.
