Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Workforce Development Coordinator to manage IEC electrical apprenticeship programs. The role coordinates enrollment, tracks progress, maintains records, and supports compliance while partnering with field leaders to guide apprentices toward success.

Based in Dallas, TX (Preferred) or at the Loenbro Training Center, this full-time position focuses on workforce development, training coordination, and collaboration with operations to grow skilled trades talent.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration and enrollment in IEC electrical apprenticeship programs.
• Serve as liaison among apprentices, instructors, IEC reps, supervisors, and leadership.
• Track attendance, grades, progression, and completion requirements.
• Maintain accurate apprenticeship records and documentation.
• Monitor advancement year over year and support program completion.
• Collaborate with operations to plan placements and mentor opportunities.
