Loenbro in Dallas, TX seeks a Licensing Coordinator to manage electrical licensing compliance across projects, coordinating with state and local boards, Master Electricians, field leadership, and HR to ensure regulatory and contractual obligations are met.

This detail-oriented role supports safe, legal project delivery companywide, maintains records, tracks renewals, and develops processes for licensure verification and education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in business, compliance, construction management, or related field.
• 2+ years of electrical licensing, credentialing, or compliance experience; construction/trades background preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing databases or tracking systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with government agencies, stakeholders, and employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS/LMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company-wide licensing records for electricians, apprentices, and supervising personnel; track renewals and continuing education.
• Verify licensing requirements for projects and determine required licenses, registrations, or endorsements.
• Communicate with state/local boards to confirm licensure status and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with HR and recruiting on credential checks during hiring and onboarding.
• Partner with Master Electricians and field leadership to validate qualifications and address licensing gaps.
• Maintain a centralized licensing database and generate compliance reports for leadership.
• Manage renewal workflows and document submissions for licensure.
• Track continuing education hours and coordinate company CE opportunities and reimbursements.
• Support contract teams by confirming licensing compliance for subcontractors and vendor personnel.
• Assist in developing and updating licensing-related policies and procedures.
