Pike Electric, Inc. is seeking a Unit Writer to collaborate with field supervision and accurately capture construction activity for timely billing. The role involves comparing, interpreting, and coding job documents and balancing material usage against customer statements.

The position requires reading electrical distribution prints, data entry in the billing package, and occasional travel to job sites. Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and a willingness to travel are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical utility construction prints.
• Experience with electric utility line construction and material preferred.
• 1-3 years of related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Sends and responds to emails, internally and externally.
• Reads electric distribution construction prints.
• Enters and/or deletes necessary job package data.
• Analyzes as built construction prints, photos and job packages.
• Identifies and enters data the field crews missed on the as built.
• Uses customer’s WMS program for data entry and analysis.
• Travels to job sites to obtain additional information to complete billing-ready job packages.
