Job summary

Qualifications

• Passing the SOPD test is required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize routine and emergency work to meet customer needs.
• Clearly communicate instructions via radio/phone and written notes.
• Operate SCADA during switching procedures and outages.
• Issue switching orders for distribution substations or lines.
• Write operating procedures for switching and outages.
• Coordinate with transmission operations and outage recovery teams.
• Be available for overtime and unusual hours as required.
