Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead the safe, efficient construction, operation, and maintenance of electric distribution and transmission systems in the CT region. You will promote a safety-first culture and drive teamwork to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Five to ten years of related electric distribution supervision experience is preferred. The role requires travel between CT/MA/NH as needed, with a typical four-ten hour day schedule and on-call storm

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required.
• Five to ten years of related experience in electric distribution or supervisory roles.
• Strong safety culture and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, timely completion of field construction, operation, maintenance, and storm restoration work.
• Set expectations, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews per applicable contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet schedules and budgets.
