Job summary

Eversource Energy is hiring a Senior Supervisor to lead the safe, timely completion of electric distribution and transmission work. You will coach and develop supervisors, allocate resources, and drive process improvements while maintaining a strong safety-first culture.

You will coordinate with other departments, manage budgets and records, and represent the company at department and community meetings, including storm duty and on-call rotations as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required.
• Minimum 8–10 years of related experience with supervisory roles.
• Experience in electric distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-focused field operations and enforce safety expectations.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and contractors for timely work.
• Manage resources, time, and expenses within budget.
• Represent the company at meetings and community events when needed.
• Fulfills storm duty and on-call rotations as required.
