Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking an Inside Supervisor to lead safe, coordinated field operations on capital projects across Eastern CT. The role emphasizes safety, performance management, and strong collaboration with Customer Care, Engineering, and outside contractors.

Hours are typically four 10‑hour days with on‑call rotation and storm duty as required; travel within CT may be needed. A Bachelor’s Degree and 5–10 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience required.
• Five to ten years of related experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Motor Vehicle License required; DOT license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the safe execution of field activities and promote safety culture.
• Set priorities and allocate resources to ensure safe use of assets.
• Conduct comprehensive performance reviews per bargaining unit contract.
• Resolve grievances and ensure timely contract administration with managers and employees.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain schedules and budget.
• Prepare and review time, expense, materials, and other records per guidelines.
• Demonstrate customer‑first attitude and resolve customer issues in collaboration with teams.
• Fulfill storm duty assignments and participate in on‑call rotation.
