Job summary

NiSource seeks a Field Leader for Electric Operations to lead a team of employees and contractors in supporting emergencies on the Transmission & Distribution Electric System. You will drive safety, performance coaching, and on-site leadership to ensure reliable service and compliant operations.

The role involves developing staff, managing budgets, and coordinating with internal/external groups while maintaining a 24/7 on-call presence. Street shifts and travel may be required.
