You will oversee a geographic area, ensuring deliverables, safety, and cost efficiency in electric transmission and distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/technical field with 2+ years electrical/leadership exp.
• Associates degree with 4+ yrs electrical/leadership exp.
• High school diploma with 6+ yrs electrical/leadership exp.

Responsibilities

• Influence cross-functional policies and procedures across departments.
• Manage escalated complaints; inspect sites and plan resources and materials.
• Ensure projects meet budgets and milestones.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers for resources and schedules.
• Lead operating reviews and drive safety, quality, and cost improvements.
