NG Gilbert seeks a Regional Safety Specialist to support line construction operations in an assigned geographic area. The role spends significant time at active job sites coaching crews, conducting safety walks, and supporting training and investigations.

Travel up to 70% is required; you will build credibility with field teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead safety initiatives across transmission and distribution work sites.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced safety certifications preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in electric utility transmission and distribution safety or field-based safety leadership.
• Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.269 and 29 CFR 1926 Subpart V is a plus.

• Maintain a strong field presence at job sites, rights-of-way, and substations.
• Coach crews on hazard recognition, risk controls, and safe work execution.
