Job summary

Tri-County Electric Cooperative (TCEC) in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Line Superintendent to provide strategic leadership for all operations functions, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient electric service. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in electric utility construction and maintenance.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive supervisory or leadership experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Texas Driver's License or obtain within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Leads and collaborates with Operations, Engineering, and System Operations to align priorities, execute work, and ensure safe, reliable system performance.
• Oversees contractors and external partners to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality work.
• Coordinates with Engineering and System Operations to execute projects and maintenance activities.
• Monitors performance metrics and drives continuous improvement.
• Identifies and resolves operational risks, hazards, and system issues.
