Job summary

Ampirical Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Field Distribution Specialist II to design and document electric distribution layouts and construction packages. You will work with internal teams and field crews to ensure accurate, compliant designs and timely project execution.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in electric distribution design, proficiency in GIS and AutoCAD, and familiarity with Futura staking software.

Qualifications

3+ years of electric distribution design or utility experience.
Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, and drafting software.
Experience with Futura staking software preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop electric distribution layouts and construction packages per company standards.
Clarify design intent with internal teams and field crews.
Update schedules and prepare reports to track project progress.
Ensure designs comply with safety regulations and regulatory requirements.
Draft detailed construction packages with drawings and material specs.
Support senior designers on reconductor and tie-line projects and permit submissions.
