Ampirical is seeking a Field Distribution Specialist II to perform detailed field assessments and develop electric distribution layouts in line with company standards. You will create construction packages and work with internal teams to clarify design intent and resolve technical issues within a leading non-manufacturing electric utilities services company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electric distribution design or related utility experience.
• Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, and design/drafting software.
• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's in engineering technology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop electric distribution layouts and detailed construction packages.
• Update schedules, validate documentation, and prepare reports for internal review.
• Ensure designs comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements (NESC/RUS where applicable).
• Collaborate with internal teams and field crews to clarify design intent and resolve issues.
