Exelon is seeking a Complaint Dispatcher B-NERC to efficiently coordinate and dispatch field personnel and manage routine and emergency work. You will receive information from multiple sources, assign resources, and ensure timely completion while meeting customer requirements.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work rotating shifts, familiarity with the electric distribution system, and compliance with NERC rules. Travel and overtime may be required.

Competenze

• Pass qualification testing prior to employment.
• Must work rotating shifts and holidays (7 days a week, 24 hours).
• Support storm restoration efforts.
• Clear and accurate English communication (written and spoken).
• Two years post-secondary credits or equivalent preferred; dispatching experience preferred.
