Qualifications

• Five+ years in electric transmission/distribution or similar heavy industrial supervision experience.
• Experience with contractor/vendor management and safety program enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to project planning and design.
• Manage contractor crews for electric system construction and maintenance.
• Set expectations for safety and quality; perform audits and observations.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, and other departments.
• Monitor budgets and schedules; ensure projects stay within scope.
• Document scope changes and update the project team.
