Job summary

Ameren Corporation is seeking an Engineering and Construction Supervisor to lead the construction and maintenance of electric transmission facilities. You will manage contractor teams, ensure safety and quality, and liaison with project management to meet schedules and budgets.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 7+ years of construction/leadership experience, and P.E. license preferred. Willingness to travel/out-of-town work and shift requirements are noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer License preferred.
• Seven+ years of project construction or leadership experience required.
• Supervisory or contractor leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite field management and coordination for electric Transmission projects.
• Manage 20 to 100+ contractor personnel for contracts up to $20 million.
• Provide mentorship to Construction Engineer.
• Conduct safety and quality audits and document results.
• Oversee day-to-day construction activity, manpower, equipment, and material needs.
• Lead progress meetings and manage safety, quality, schedule and budget.
