Job summary

Endera Motors, LLC seeks an Auto Body Painter to prep and paint school, activity, and commercial buses. Under supervision, you will prep surfaces, perform body work, and apply finish coatings to meet specifications.

A strong background in painting, attention to detail, and safety are essential. The role requires the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with team members to ensure high quality finishes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years automotive bodywork/painting experience preferred.
• Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, positive team approach to problem resolution.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with coworkers and management.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cleans unpainted bus bodies or parts to be painted.
• Inspects bodies for defects and performs repairs as needed.
• Performs body work, sanding, and seam sealing as required.
• Paints bus chassis and bodies using single stage and base/clear coat.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and proper PPE; keeps tools in good order.
• Supports teammates as needed and follows paint department procedures.
