Staffmark Group is seeking an experienced Body & Paint Repair Technician to repair, restore, and paint buses in a fast-paced environment. The role requires repairing damaged panels, matching colors, and applying professional finishes while adhering to safety standards.

Education includes a high school diploma or GED with auto body repair training a plus, and a valid driver's license. Basic tools provided by the candidate; more tools supplied by the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; auto body repair training is a plus.
• Experience repairing damaged body panels and applying paint finishes.
• Candidate must provide basic tools; company supplies additional tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for body damage needing repair or replacement.
• Repair, straighten, and replace damaged body panels on buses.
• Prepare surfaces for painting: sanding, masking, priming.
• Repair paint scratches, chips, and defects on various materials.
• Apply paint and finishing coats to complete repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Ensure repairs meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
• Comply with safety-sensitive requirements and driving record checks.
