Job summary

Adecco is seeking Election Support Specialists in Pasadena, CA to assist at local vote centers during the civic period. This short-term role runs 5 to 12 days, with 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and a pay rate of $30.00 per hour plus overtime potential.

Responsibilities include on-site technical support for voting equipment, issue troubleshooting, incident logging, and helping voters and staff with device inquiries. Training is required.

Qualifications

Position Details:

• Location: Pasadena, CA (Los Angeles County, District 5)

• Duration: Short-term assignment (5 to 12 days)

• Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour + available overtime

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support at voting centers during election days

• Ensure election equipment functions correctly and efficiently

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or **escalate** when necessary

• Accurately document incidents and support ticketing processes

• Assist voters and staff with equipment and on-site inquiries

Scheduling & Commitment:

• Complete mandatory in-person and online training sessions prior to deployment

• Work full 12-hour shifts during the election period

• Maintain flexibility to work overtime during peak voting days

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
