Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with at least 3 years of experience as a poll or assistant poll manager in Georgia.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends with short notice.
• Typing speed 40 WPM preferred; typing test may be administered.

Responsibilities

• Manage Early/Advance polling facility operations and staff.
• Supervise poll staff and ensure compliance with Georgia Election Code and Rules.
• Validate and reconcile daily voter turnout against machine and paper records.
• Develop staff schedules and assign duties; open/close polls and oversee poll officials.
• Handle data entry, filing, scanning, processing absentee ballots, and mail distribution; provide in-person and phone customer service.
