Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates daily work activities of assigned staff.
• Confer with supervisor to obtain direction regarding work assignments and priorities.
• Organizes tasks to complete assignments and monitors progress.
• Assists with training and instructing co-workers in procedures and equipment.
• Maintains voter registration records and processes updates and documentation.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains poll officials and temporary workers; develops training materials.
• Manages changes to precinct maps and district lines; maintains and updates maps.
• Supports election activities including early voting, ballots, and close-out duties.
• Monitors site readiness, voter identification, and question resolution at polling sites.
