Job summary

The HR Source in Upper Marlboro, MD, is seeking Distribution Supply Clerks to support the Board of Elections from its Largo warehouse. You will manage election materials, assist polling-site leadership, and process ballots under tight deadlines.

This role requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work long hours including weekends and Election Day, with essential designation during the election cycle.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships.
• High level of punctuality and accountability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Ability to learn, understand, and apply provisions of the election code.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment without schedule interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and distribute Election Day materials and supplies for polling locations.
• Facilitate and assist with the check-in process for Chief Judges.
• Carefully and accurately process absentee ballots and provisional ballots.
• Execute all duties within the prescribed timeframe directed by warehouse supervisors.
• Perform additional administrative and general clerk tasks as assigned within the responsibility level of the role.
