Abacus Corporation is hiring Election Field Support staff to assist with upcoming Board of Elections operations throughout Talbot County, Maryland. You will be assigned to early voting locations or election day polling sites to help ensure everything runs smoothly.

No prior election experience is required; training will be provided. The role offers a 30 USD per hour wage with schedules varying based on election needs (early voting & election day coverage).

• Willingness to work long hours on Election Day if needed

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support at assigned voting locations
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of equipment or setup issues
• Work alongside election staff, including Chief Judges and support teams
• Report and document any issues that arise
• Assist with ballot drop box pickups when needed
• Support additional tasks as directed by election leadership
