Job summary

Middlesex County Board of Elections seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the county warehouse and election-related activities. You will supervise staff, coordinate with Board staff and vendors, and ensure secure handling and timely delivery of voting equipment and supplies.

The role requires hands-on participation before, during, and after elections, with a strong focus on accuracy, security, and compliance with Board policies and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in supervisory roles and warehouse/logistics preferred.
• Experience in election administration or with voting equipment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations in accordance with federal/state requirements and Board policies.
• Plan, organize, and assign daily work of warehouse personnel.
• Oversee preparation, testing, maintenance, and storage of voting machines and election equipment.
• Coordinate deployment, retrieval, and storage of electronic poll books and related equipment.
• Manage inventory and ensure security and accountability of election materials.
