Job summary

Maricopa County Elections is seeking a Temporary Hotline Representative to handle inbound calls from Poll Workers, Troubleshooters, or Curbside Voters, create detailed tickets, and dispatch help as needed during the election cycle.

You will provide over-the-phone troubleshooting, order supplies, and support other Elections divisions as required. A high school diploma or GED is required, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from Poll Workers at Vote Centers, Troubleshooters, or Curbside Voters.
• Create tickets detailing the call and what transpired.
• Provide troubleshooting over the phone, order supplies, or dispatching help to Vote Centers.
• Assist other Elections divisions with daily functions as assigned.
