Labcorp is seeking an eLearning Producer Intern on the Sales Enablement Team, located in Durham or Burlington, NC, with a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on developing digital training materials, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering engaging eLearning assets.

Ideal candidates are rising juniors/seniors pursuing related degrees, with hands-on experience in graphics, animations, and instructional design.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Sales Trainers, Marketing, content managers, and SMEs to develop digital training materials.
• Create eLearning content including courses, presentations, webinars, assessments, and videos.
• Support development of new knowledge-based training materials for the sales force.
• Review, update, and refresh existing training content for engagement and effectiveness.
• Translate complex information into clear, visuals-driven learning materials.
• Curate marketing and training resources for digital learning platforms.
• Apply instructional design principles to improve knowledge retention and proficiency.
• Support use of existing and emerging learning platforms and tools.
