Job summary

Labcorp is seeking an eLearning Producer Intern to join our Sales Enablement Team in Durham or Burlington, North Carolina, with a hybrid schedule. The internship is 11 weeks, full-time, June 1, 2027 to August 13, 2027, with paid compensation and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Rising juniors and seniors pursuing Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Trainers, Marketing, content managers, and SMEs to develop engaging digital training materials for the Sales organization.
• Create and produce eLearning content, including online courses, presentations, webinars, assessments, podcasts, videos, animations, and other digital learning assets.
• Support the development of new knowledge-based training materials to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales force.
• Review, update, and refresh existing training content to improve engagement, accessibility, and learning effectiveness.
• Transform technical information into clear, visually engaging learning materials.
• Curate existing marketing and training resources for digital platforms.
• Apply instructional design principles to create learning activities that improve knowledge retention and proficiency.
• Support the use of existing and emerging learning platforms, tools, and technologies.
