Job summary

Labcorp is seeking an eLearning Producer Intern to join the Sales Enablement Team in Durham or Burlington, NC, with a hybrid work schedule. You will develop engaging digital training materials, including online courses, presentations, webinars, assessments, podcasts, videos, and other assets, translating complex information into clear visuals.

This paid internship runs 11 weeks (June 1, 2027–August 13, 2027) with relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in a related field.
• Experience creating digital content including graphics, animations, presentations or videos.
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools and instructional design best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to develop engaging digital training materials for the Sales organization.
• Create and produce eLearning content including courses, presentations, webinars and videos.
• Translate technical information into clear, visually engaging learning assets.
• Update and refresh existing training content for engagement and learning effectiveness.
