Labcorp is seeking an eLearning Producer Intern to join the Sales Enablement Team in Durham or Burlington, North Carolina, with a hybrid work schedule. Remote work may be considered.

The internship runs 11 weeks full-time, offering paid compensation and relocation assistance for qualified candidates. Rising juniors and seniors are preferred, pursuing degrees in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or related fields.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Enrolled in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Instructional Design, Digital Media or related area.
• Experience creating digital content such as graphics, animations, presentations, or videos.
• Strong visual design, attention to detail, and ability to translate information clearly.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and Adobe Creative tools; knowledge of eLearning platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Sales Trainers, Marketing, content managers, and subject matter experts to develop engaging digital training materials for the Sales organization.
• Create and produce eLearning content, including online courses, presentations, webinars, assessments, podcasts, videos, animations and other digital learning assets.
• Support development of new training materials to enhance sales capabilities.
• Review and refresh existing content to improve engagement and learning effectiveness.
• Transform technical information into clear, visually engaging learning materials.
• Curate marketing and training resources for digital platforms; apply instructional design principles.
• Support use of learning platforms and tools; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
