Job summary

UNC Health is seeking a Learning Technology Consultant to design, develop, and deliver Web-based and blended training programs and manage the Learning Management System for the health system. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with business objectives, provide Tier II LMS support, and partner with vendors to source effective e-learning content.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering Web-based and blended training.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and delivers Web-based and blended training programs and courses, including course materials, exercises, and skills evaluation in consultation with subject matter experts.
• Assesses training needs of teammates through analysis of reported issues, tracking of business metrics, and external data-gathering techniques.
• Develops and manages LMS curricula and training materials for end users of all levels as dictated by goals and project objectives.
• Collaborates with internal clients to enhance the learning experience; provides Tier II LMS support.
