IAED in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Learning Experience Designer I to design training programs, analyze learning needs, and create engaging eLearning content. This hybrid role collaborates with subject matter experts and senior team members to ensure content aligns with business goals.

The position emphasizes developing online courses, learning materials, and digital assets, using tools like Articulate Storyline and HTML/CSS, with a focus on clear communication and learner-centered design.

Qualifications

• Degree or work experience in instructional design, technical writing, education, or similar field.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong editing/proofreading skills.
• Experience developing online courses.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing information quickly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize performance needs in collaboration with subject matter experts and senior team members.
• Develop practice activities/scenarios with feedback and guidance from senior team members and subject matter experts.
• Develop, evaluate, revise, and enhance learning experience materials.
• Develop training assets (e.g., graphics and videos).
• Work on assigned projects under guidance.
• Organize and write technical documents and research materials.
