Job summary

Talantir is seeking an eLearning Developer to design and deliver engaging, accessible web-based trainings using instructional design principles and multimedia tools. The role involves collaboration with designers, SMEs, and developers to create courses that meet client branding and accessibility standards.

You will apply ADDIE, test materials, and upload SCORM content to LMS environments while maintaining timelines and quality across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent eLearning experience.
• 3+ years of eLearning development experience (or 6 years without a degree).
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident as a prerequisite.
• Experience delivering 508-compliant eLearning courseware.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Apply ADDIE model, multimedia principles, and adult learning theory to develop engaging training materials.
• Produce polished content using art media and creative software for publication-ready results.
• Develop just-in-time training materials, audio-visual presentations, and schedules.
• Ensure 508 accessibility compliance across courseware and resources.
• Conduct alpha and beta testing for eLearning products.
• Upload SCORM packages to the client LMS testing environment with assessments.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and developers on course creation.
• Adhere to client branding and template guidelines for all deliverables.
