Job summary

Swingtech is hiring an eLearning Developer to create engaging online learning experiences. The role focuses on high-quality modules with SCORM compliance and accessible design.

You will design courses using Storyline, Rise, and Captivate, integrate multimedia elements, and ensure seamless LMS publishing. Remote-friendly with potential travel to Baltimore, MD; 3+ years in the field preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency with Articulate Storyline is required.
• Experience with Articulate Rise or Adobe Captivate is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of triggers and variables for interactivity.
• Multimedia development skills, including graphic design.
• Experience with LMS and SCORM compliance.
• AI-assisted tooling experience is a plus.
• Section 508 accessibility standards knowledge.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency (OneDrive, SharePoint, Word, Excel).
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently and in teams.
• Experience with Jira is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• 3+ years in eLearning development.
• Healthcare/government sector experience is a plus.
• HTML5/JavaScript familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning courses using authoring tools.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and QA to translate content.
• Create multimedia elements: graphics, narrations, animations, videos, quizzes.
• Publish content to LMS and ensure interoperability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Stay current with eLearning tech and propose improvements.
• Plan, prioritize, and track work using project management tools.
