Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Multimedia Design Analyst/Course Registrar for full-time remote work to develop, update, and maintain interactive training content and storyboards with multimedia elements. Proficiency in Articulate 360/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Photoshop is required, with SCORM/xAPI experience for LMS implementations.

The role includes publishing SCORM/xAPI packages, ensuring 508 accessibility, coordinating with SMEs and end-users, and supporting approval workflows within MilPDS and ATIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus six or more years of related experience; Master’s plus four+ years; PhD with 0 years.
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in multimedia design or instructional systems design.
• Experience developing interactive training content and multimedia courseware.
• Experience with Articulate 360/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with SCORM or xAPI and publishing courseware for ATIS Moodle integration.
• Experience with Section 508 accessibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive training content with multimedia elements (videos, animations, graphics, interactive components).
• Create and maintain instructional storyboards and training materials.
• Publish and manage SCORM or xAPI packages with SCORM Cloud.
• Ensure accessibility per Section 508 requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, development, test, and project management teams.
