Job summary

ROUND VALLEY INDIAN TRIBES is seeking an Outreach Services/Meal Delivery Coordinator for the Senior Center. The role focuses on delivering meals to home-bound elders and supporting outreach and supportive services.

Responsibilities include client assessments, data reporting, meal packaging, and kitchen duties. A valid CA driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and ability to work with and relate to the needs of the elderly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid CA Driver’s License required.
• Ability to pass drug test, physical exam and background check.
• Strong teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals to home-bound elders.
• Assist Director in developing and implementing Outreach and Supportive Services.
• Perform client assessments and surveys.
• Maintain relevant data for reporting.
• Assist in ordering, securing, maintaining and inventory of food and supplies.
• Complete meal deliveries in a timely manner.
