Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the service center and volunteers at a drop site; establish rapport to ensure open communication.
• Communicate client information to volunteers, assist with maps, and relay site issues to management.
• Deliver meals and related items to clients' homes using a personal vehicle.
• Provide information about program services to clients and their family members.
• Transport meal delivery equipment to meal providers as needed using a personal vehicle.
• Assess client situations and report observations orally and in writing as required.
• Keep accurate records and complete reports and forms.
• Ensure confidentiality of all participant information.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Service Center Director, including order changes and reassessments.
• Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned.
