Job summary

America West Medical Transportation is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to provide strategic and operational leadership over the wheelchair transportation department for PACE participants. You will oversee daily routing, supervise staff, and ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.

The role requires collaboration with scheduling, dispatch, and center teams to maintain data accuracy and support exceptional participant experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Valid state driver’s license required.
Commercial driver license with passenger endorsement preferred.
Ability to learn dispatching software including OCS, MS Teams, Rippling and internal tools.
Experience in Senior Care or related human services desired.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the Driver workforce, fostering accountability and teamwork.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for transportation staff.
Partner with dispatch to ensure daily scheduling and route execution aligns with plan.
Attend center meetings daily and provide transportation input on planning.
Maintain participant records and ensure data accuracy for trips.
Ensure compliance with PACE, CMS, HIPAA and internal KPI policies.
