Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee the transportation program supporting TH PACE operations. The role includes coordinating transport for participants, meals, durable medical equipment, and pharmacy services, with travel to surrounding PACE locations.

The position requires supervisory experience in transportation, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while adapting to changing needs in elderly care services.

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
• College degree preferred; minimum one year working with frail/elderly population.
• Two years of admin/supervisory experience in transportation.
• Five years of experience in the transportation industry.
• Combination of education and experience may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation program including transport of participants, meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy and related tasks.
• Manage scheduling, route planning and compliance for TH PACE operations.
• Report to Director of In-Home Services or designee/Nurse.
