Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience with discovery, medical record review, and trial preparation.
• Familiarity with California court procedures and e-filing.
• Strong writing, organization, deadline management, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys from case intake through settlement or trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, correspondence, and demand materials.
• Review and summarize medical records, care facility records, and deposition transcripts.
• Manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, and filings.
• Coordinate with clients, families, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare exhibits and materials for mediation and trial.
