Litigation Paralegal (Elder Abuse)

Beverly Hills, CA | Up to $100,000 annually, based on experience | Full time

An established plaintiff litigation firm is seeking a paralegal to support cases involving elder abuse, nursing home neglect, and serious injuries. The role offers hands‑on litigation work, direct client contact, and the opportunity to help older adults and their families pursue accountability.

What you’ll do

• Support attorneys from case intake through settlement or trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, correspondence, and demand materials.
• Review and summarize medical records, care facility records, and deposition transcripts.
• Manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, and filings.

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience.

Experience in elder abuse, nursing home neglect, medical negligence, wrongful death, or personal injury litigation is preferred. Spanish fluency is a plus.
