• Meets and instructs assigned classes at designated locations and times
• Maintains a safe and orderly learning environment, both in-person and virtually
• Plans and implements instructional programs aligned to system goals and student needs
• Prepares and documents lesson plans based on curricula and learning environment
• Creates an environment conducive to learners' intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development
• Communicates standards, achievements, and deficiencies to students and parents
• Maintains student academic, attendance, and disciplinary records
• Collaborates with administrators, teachers, and families in ML education
• Teaches and co-teaches ELD classes and supports MLs in special education or alternative settings
• Provides SEL support for at-risk students
• Organizes Title III compliance documentation and assessments
• Delivers WIDA screening as needed and supports service models for multilingual learners with disabilities
• Coaches ELD teachers for IEP meetings and data collection tools
• Attends staff meetings and serves on committees
