Eaton is seeking a Supply Chain Business Process Analyst for an on-site role in El Paso, TX. You will drive digital processes, standardize workflows, and improve data governance across the supply chain while optimizing ERP usage and building Power BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement within a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• No relocation benefit offered; candidates within 50 miles of El Paso, TX considered; certain military service exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital processes initiatives within the supply chain organization.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive KPI scorecards.
• Automate recurring reports and manual data collection using Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, SQL and other digital tools.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate non-value added activities through automation and processes redesign.
• Work with the supply chain key user and digitalization team to ensure system governance and data integrity.
• Support ERP upgrades, implementations, testing and deployment of new functionalities.
• Analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions that improve efficiency.
