Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Lead MES/Digital Manufacturing Business Analyst to partner with our electrical sector manufacturing site in El Paso. The role supports Ignition-based MES solutions across plants, acting as a bridge between operations and IT/OT, and ensuring alignment with ISA-95, UNS, and cybersecurity standards.

The analyst will elicit requirements, translate them into stories, and drive standardization while handling site-specific needs. Up to 25% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in manufacturing, industrial IT, or MES environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including production execution, OEE and performance metrics.
• Experience translating complex shopfloor processes into clear requirements and IT/OT integration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing, operations, quality, and IT stakeholders to understand current-state processes and future MES needs.
• Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements for Ignition-based MES solutions.
• Translate operational use cases into user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria; validate alignment with objectives.
